Why does a sincere employee matter?

Take a close look at the screen of your device. You’ll find that it is made up of thousands of tiny squares. These tiny squares are called Pixels. These pixels make the screen and the software on the screen visible to you. Without this, any device would just be a small box with glass on one side of it.

Why did I discuss about the pixels first? Well, an employee and a pixel have the same job—both of them are the most essential components to let the overall company or the device function. This makes the employee the most important part of any kind of organisation—be it a governmental organization or a private organization or a private company.

But, if the employees start to show irresponsibility in their works, then it is the biggest reason for the downfall of the organisation.

There are people who consider themselves as employees but work hardly. Especially the government workers. This is because the government keeps giving salary without evaluating that whether the person has worked full-time or not. But this is not true in the medical regard since the medical staff have to work 24×7 to ensure the proper care of the patients.

If the people in our country work irresponsibly in this manner, then how can we make sure that our country is developed and is to the level of the USA and UK where people work diligently and regularly? We don’t want to work, but we want our country to be the best, how can it be possible?

Everything in this world has some advantages and disadvantages. So the students that are preparing for Government Jobs need to work hard to enroll themselves in, and then also work hard in their job. Many officials just do the first part and leave the second. They only go ahead and enroll themselves in the jobs and don't want to do it when they are enrolled in the jobs.

For example, many people are making fake medical certificates to seek holidays from their office. Talk of "Truth alone Triumphs". First of all, this kind of fake medical certificate tells how much the corruption exist in that place and the second one is that the work that could be done in 2 days would now take place only when the holiday is over.

This is especially true in schooldays too. Many students just go and make fake medical certificate and seek holidays from school. And when you go and see them at their home, they are absolutely fine and are doing good. They just made the fake certificate to take leaves from school and when they grow up, they do the same thing to run away from the job on hand.

The reason India is not able to develop is not because India doesn't have the resources and the money to utilise those resources, but India does not want to do so. This is what is called corruption and it is a major problem of all nations and also is a very big part of problem in India.

Work is worship.

In India, this saying is very common. Whenever someone is suggested to work hard, he is said to inculcate this principle. If you can't respect your work, then you don't deserve its rewards.

Imagine if the army and the medical staff start doing this. What would be the condition if they stop providing us security and healthcare? It would just be an equivalent of a massacre of people since these two types of people are very important aspects of civil life. 

Similar to the army and the healthcare system, if other forms of jobs also encourage their employees to work just sincerely then the work might be done in a faster and a more efficient manner.
