How can an early start be beneficial?

We are often recommended by our people around, our parents, or our seniors, in our school or at our job, that we should start early. It might have put a question in your mind that how can starting something early be beneficial and starting something late be harmful? So today, let’s uncover this secret and understand how starting something early can be better.

In English, there is a famous proverb,

“Early to bed and early to rise

Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”

This phrase tells that if someone goes to bed early, and when he gets up early, then he becomes healthy, wealthy and wise. You might have heard this in proverb in your play school or your primary school. This is the phrase that our teachers use us to show that how can someone become much more efficient than he can think of.

No matter if you are an educatee, an educator, an employee, or an employer; you will know the importance of an early start. An early start can make something very time-consuming get completed in the intended time or even faster than the intended time. This will help you to do your other chores more efficiently and also in a faster manner.

When we have a fast head start, then we have time to keep up. On the other hand, if we have a slow start, we will have to not only try to go faster, but also try to keep up being faster. It’s double effort if you are slow.

As a student especially, you should realise the importance of this fact—the fact that an earlier start is a better start. How?—you might ask. Well, think of it this way. There are 12 Chapters in your English course book, and you have already done all of their question-answers. So, the next time the teacher will ask you for your question answers, you will be ready saying, “Sir/Miss/Ma’am, I have completed all the question answers of the book already.” And you will get the opportunity to revise the book together with your regular class.

How is this path different from the normal path? Well you have already completed those chapters, and when your teacher will teach you those chapters, then it is going to be a revision for you, making your foundation even stronger.
