Benefits of learning music
Music has captured all of our interests. All of us like some specific or many genres of music. Music has the power to excite us and make our soul charming and makes us feel wholesome. Some other music has the power to calm us whenever we are stressed.
Music has been around us since we humans have
discovered sound. When early humans used to live, they used to sing, in their
tribal languages, together with creating some simple musical instruments. As
human society progressed, so did music. Music has the power to create something
very special for someone.
Art has no boundaries. All humans are creative,
and so all humans can create their own art. If you think that you are not as
creative as you were before, or you think that your creativity has diminished,
then you’re wrong. Your creativity is still alive and thriving deep within your
mind and soul.
Our mind is a very powerful machine. This machine
has many superpowers. This machine is like a big box. As we grow
intellectually, more and more items start to be stored in this box. Say you are
in class 8th, anything that you learn will be put in your box of
your mind. Just like the information that you learn, the creativity is stored
in your box. And it is still in your mind’s box. It has not diminished.
Music is just another way to express your
creativity. Whether you learn a musical instrument, or just sing as a hobby,
you are just using the medium of music to express your creativity. And if you
think that you need a professional musician to teach you, then you are not completely
correct. You don’t actually need a music teacher to teach you the basics of
music, because you get enough resources, at least to learn the basics of music,
after which you can create your own melodies, and songs with even some basic
musical knowledge.
Cheating doesn’t exist in art. Everyone has their
own style of doing things. Say you have drawn an image of a house, and it might
be similar to someone else’s drawing of a house, but it is not going to be the
same. And that is because we all are different, and so each of our styles of
doing something are going to be different from someone else.
Since music is also a form of art, if you also
perform some other musician’s artwork, then you will find that your performance
and his/her performance is going to be different, if not vastly, then certainly
vaguely. That is because the thought process of the original musician who has
created the piece is different from you as a musician.
